Who we are
This website is operated by InnovataxAI Inc., based in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about this policy or about your personal information can be sent to kyle@omnicpa.ca.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write.
- Course waitlist: your email address, and optionally your name and role.
This site uses no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or identifying cookies.
How we use it
- Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Waitlist emails are used solely to send updates about the course, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, which processes data in the United States. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace, our business email and document provider. No other third parties receive information you submit through this site.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions and correspondence are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then deleted. Waitlist details are kept until the course launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and BC's PIPA), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. To exercise any of these rights, email kyle@omnicpa.ca and we will respond promptly.
Client engagement data
Information shared with us during a consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's confidentiality terms and by our professional confidentiality obligations as a licensed CPA, not this website policy. Most such information is corporate rather than personal; we minimize any personal information involved, and we are glad to sign your NDA or data processing agreement on request. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
